“Thank you. It was the most practical, down to earth mental health session I’ve attended in a very long time and I’ve come away reassured and with ideas that I can use personally but also in my professional role. The experience was very welcoming.”

“Thank you for an excellent workshop. I learned so much.  It allowed me to understand more of how people feel and also explained a lot. I was very touched with how people open up about their own experiences of mental health.”

“I really enjoyed the workshop! It was so rewarding to connect with other people and to spend time doing something worthwhile and valuable to me. It helped me to better understand the emotions and thought processes that people with mental health conditions go through as well as picking up some tips and advice for myself when I’m feeling ‘blue’. People were very brave to talk about their experiences with strangers and that’s testimony to the fact that Juliette made them feel comfortable doing so. ”
