When I Grow Up

When I Grow Up toured in the UK and Australia in 2013 and 2014 to audience and critical acclaim.

About the show: Does growing up mean letting go? As a child Juliette wanted to be many things: ballerina, princess, Muppet. Did she have it right when she was a kid? Did she know her vocation before life got in the way?

In this true-life docu-comedy, award-winning performer Juliette Burton realises all her childhood ambitions. Artist, farmer, ballerina, baker, princess, pop star, cartoon, Muppet; she’s living the dream…every dream she ever had! Is what we do who we are?

Premiered at Edinburgh Fringe 2013 at the Gilded Balloon receiving 5 star reviews, sell out shows and subsequently transferred to a 3 month tour of Australia (Adelaide Fringe 2014, Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2014 and rural touring for schools and theatres).
